I'm not buying it..... we've yet to see the impact of the REOs released in June and July on the market price trend.
The August 2010 stats show the median sales price for homes in the city of Phoenix, Arizona increased over last year's values for the first time in over 3 years.
Phoenix home values realized an increase of 1.9% over August 2009.
This is the first sign of appreciation in any city in the valley. Will this start a trend of appreciation across the board? One can hope.
