Bank of America changes the game - again!

Today's announcement by Bank of America of the abrupt halt to foreclosures in all 50 states bodes well for those of us who specialize in listing, selling and closing Short Sales in Phoenix Arizona.

I'm not so sure how this will be received by the agents who specialize in property management and lending money to the banks...I mean in listing and selling REOs, as this hopefully will divert some pre-foreclosures that were running out of time to Short Sales.

The most important aspect is that it provides some breathing room for "drowning" homeowners.  Those still living in their homes will get to live there a little longer.

Those who have moved on but are still trying to avoid foreclosure have had more time put on the clock.

All in all a good thing.  Let's hope Ally, Wells Fargo and Chase are closed behind the leadership of Bank of America!
