Avoiding Foreclosure Guide - Part 1 of 5

Back in 2012 and 2013 we put together the "Avoiding Foreclosure Guide" - a video presentation accompanied by a binder chock full of information to help "under water" homeowners evaluate their situation and consider various alternatives that could result in the best possible outcome for them.

We never "encouraged" homeowners to do a short sale - we always encouraged them to review and investigate all possible alternatives, and if they concluded that the best option for them was to pursue a Short Sale, then we would be happy to help.

Based on a thorough analysis of all the data in the MLS regarding Short Sale listings, expireds and cancelled that went to foreclosure, we found that we had the highest success rate of Short Sale Listings to Short Sale Closings of any agent, team or brokerage in Maricopa County.  This data was reviewed and validated by our Designated Broker - not just some "wishful thinking" on our part.

In fact, every listing we have taken since June 2011, both Short Sale and Traditional Sale, has Sold and Closed.  Period.  That's 100%.

Although the number of "underwater" homes is down significantly over the last few years, there are still some homeowners who need help.

If you, or someone you know, could use some help via a complimentary, CONFIDENTIAL, no-obligation consultation, please let us know.

We would be happy to help.

Here is Part 1 of 5 of the series.

The binder is available on request - either the physical printed document, or via PDF.

Just let us know if you would like one.

Considering selling your Scottsdale home but not sure how to go about it?

Feel free to contact us for a free, no-obligation consultation so we can share with you our proven process that has resulted in the SALE of every listing we have taken, both Traditional and Short Sale since June 2011.

No hype.

No gimmicks.

No nonsense.

Just Results!
