These three sections cover advertising requirements (based on Arizona Department of Real Estate and Keller Williams International requirements), documents that the Marriott Group recognizes the Buyer Associate's personal "client tree" as being the property of the Buyer Associate and finally "standard" contract language regarding jurisdiction.
Buyer Associates are encouraged to develop and implement marketing activities to generate prospects and add to their personal sphere of influence. All marketing materials (electronic, printed, voice) are to be reviewed and discussed with Rainmaker Team Leaders prior to being forwarded to Broker for approval.

Marketing materials should not give the impression through logos, slogans, verbiage or other content that Buyer Associate is separate from The Marriott Group and/or Keller Williams Realty Professional Partners, in order to maintain consistency in marketing materials distributed by The Marriott Group and remain in compliance with Keller Williams Realty Professional Partners' and ADRE policies.
Buyer Associates agrees not to give the impression to anyone by written or verbal communication that the Buyer Associate holds a position of authority within The Marriott Group to make business decisions on behalf of The Marriott Group, or directly control any resources of The Marriott Group.
The Marriott Group understands and agrees that any Lead, Prospect, Client, Customer or Referral originating from a Buyer Associate who completes a transaction or transactions with the Buyer Associate while they are a member of The Marriott Group is considered part of the client list of the Buyer Associate and that the Lead, Prospect, Client, Customer or Referral and any and all referrals by extension are considered part of the client list of the Buyer Associate.
This agreement is personal to the parties hereto and may not be assigned, sold or otherwise conveyed by either of them.
The laws of the State of Arizona, as well as contract rules, regulations, and any policies or procedures of Keller Williams Realty Professional Partners shall govern this agreement.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement; there are no other agreements or undertakings concerning such agreement, other than the referenced attachments to this agreement.
