In search of the ultimate online calendar

Still mining for information, I have come across three candidates for further review:

http://www.keepandshare.com/

"Easy-to-use Group Sharing:

Instant group web site: never lose files in email again Password-protected sharing: you control who sees what All group members can create & edit content Streamline your group & organize and protect your information today! No software to install"

"The Online Calendar For Your Entire Business

The Online Calendar gives you the power to revolutionize the way everyone in your organization works. Securely and easily organize meetings and events, schedule appointments, manage deadlines, and more - all right from your desktop. Everyone stays connected and informed. It's like having everyone in the same office - even when they're on the road.

  • Coordinate group meetings
    Use
Group Scheduling to check the availability of co-workers, conference rooms, locations - even office equipment.
  • Share your calendar with anyone
Give select colleagues access to your calendar, while maintaining the privacy of personal appointments.
  • Get automatic meeting reminders
    Use the
WebOffice Desktop Assistant to get pop-up reminders right on your desktop.
  • Sync your calendar appointments
Make your calendar available from anywhere by
syncing with Microsoft Outlook® or your Palm® handheld device.
  • Schedule Web Meetings
    Invite anyone to a
Web Meeting right from your calendar."

"Online calendar for groups with teamspace

The teamspace calendar delivers shared calendars for work groups with worldwide access at any time of the day. It incorporates individual time zones, international time & date formats and password protection.

You can share calendars with others and see all appointments in your own personal team room on the Internet. When using the Outlook synchronization, all data is available both in your local Outlook and online within your team's calendar. Appointments can be assigned to members, categories and types of dates."

Have any of you tried or do you currently use one or more of the above?  If so - any and all insight would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the great links, I was just talking about online calendars today with a committee that really needs to stop meeting and base all their decisions on digital communication.  Have you noticed how some committees do "death by meetings" and never really accomplish much?

Steve - Have started exploring WebEx WebOffice and noticed that Keller Williams Realty International is a client already.  Will check the other two as well - but this is looking pretty good so far.

I use Oulook and my PDA phone to sync it to.  I tried an online calendar sometime back and scrapped it.  I am sure they have gotten better.  A couple of the organizations I am involved with I post a calendar on our webpage either password protected or not.  I manually create them.  I am looking forward to hear more feedback on other peoples success and opinions.

Randy - Looks like WebOffice is the leader at the moment - and lo and behold, KW is one of their clients!  Our MC uses their platform.  I'm in the process of checking whether we can just use what's already there - or if I need a separate account.

I just asked you about a Team CRM on and later post.  I was about to suggest SalesForce.com

Brian - I took a quick look at it - seems to be very robust - perhaps much more than we're looking for - and currently no real estate related customers (except GMAC Mortgage).  One to explore further for the scalability we'll need.
