The marketwatch data provided by ARMLS shows the continued upward trend of the median home price, although still not back to the peak in 2006 prior to the "crash".
Year over year fewer homes on the market translate into fewer days on market and an uptick in the percent of list price received.
Also, year over year, more homes have sold and we are now at just a "3 month supply" of homes on the market.
