Don't Lose Your Shoe!

This has been around for hundreds of years - and is as true today as it was when it was first spoken:

 

For Want of a Nail

 

 

For want of a nail the shoe was lost.

For want of a shoe the horse was lost.

For want of a horse the rider was lost.

For want of a rider the battle was lost.

For want of a battle the kingdom was lost.

 

And all for the want of a horseshoe nail.

For want of a clause the contract was lost.

For want of a contract the buyer was lost.

For want of a buyer the short sale was lost.

For want of a short sale the house was lost. (to foreclosure)

And all for the want of a checkbox.
