Getting "Ready For Showtime" - Part 6

So, you are at a point where:


You have secured and reviewed the Preliminary Title Report - and hopefully no surprises were found


You have placed A Seller's Home Warranty on the property for the benefit of the Seller during the listing period


The Seller has conducted a Pre-listing Home Inspection (optional) and has repaired - or decided to disclose in the contract "as is" any items discovered


The Seller has conducted a Pre-listing Appraisal (optional) to verify the actual square footage of the property if their "belief" and the Tax Records don't match and to get a reality check on List Price


The Seller has had the premises thoroughly deep cleaned, de-cluttered, and "staged" so that it's time to showcase the listing 



Next up is determining which features to highlight, craft the public description of the property, and coordinate the professional photography and Virtual Tour.

They even offer copywriting services for a mere $9.99 "add on" to the price of the photo shoot and virtual tour.  Currently Suzanne writes these - although as business continues to pick up, this is one thing on the list for outsourcing.  My first stop will be our own copywriter in the 'Rain Marte Cliff   to see if this is something she offers and what the pricing is.


This is all done at our expense.
