Nice house nice sale. Question I have about AZ homes..so many different floors and sometimes the wood or tile boarders with carpet set in the middle. Why is that so popular instead of one floor throughout?

Hi Marco Giancola .  I asked Suzanne (she is the "interior designer" of the two of us.  She said she really doesn't know - it wouldn't be her choice - it seems to have stemmed from the builder's designers in the 1990s moving forward.  It may be that it's easier to clean the wood and tile traffic areas - while reserving the carpeted areas for bedrooms, and sometimes living rooms / dining rooms.  You have piqued my interest - I will ask around and see if I can get a definitive answer!
