Tony & Suzanne, Wow, I didn't know you had many homes under water in Arizona. I know it can be a lot of work but, folks under water in Arizona should try a short sale before allowing the home to be taken by foreclosure. It is a better solution and it sounds like you're the team to go to when needing help with a short sale. Great information here! Best of Luck!
